This country house is located in the area of 'Rio Grande', about 15 minutes drive from Coin. The access road is asphalted except for the last 500 meters, which is a dirt road, but in good condition. This one storey house is surrounded by a flat plot of almost 2.300m2, totally fenced and planted with walnut trees.
