Katerina\'s Village House is an original stone cottage, with many character features, in the traditional village of Gavalahori. It is presently single storey with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, but has an additional building allowance of 40m2. Entrance to the villa is through a stone arched doorway which leads along a corridor into the central courtyard off which the different rooms of the house are accessed. The courtyard is a good size and has ample space for outdoor dining and could be made beautiful with the addition of pots and planting. The lounge area has a very large original stone archway, tiled floors and other original features, including the original oven room. Off of here is the second of the bedrooms with white walls, wooden ceiling and window. The largest of the bedrooms is a good sized double, also with white walls and wooden ceiling. The smaller of the 3 bedrooms is just across the courtyard. The kitchen is a good sized room, in need of modernisation, but presently functional, and has space for dining table and chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom which again is usable but does require an update. There is also a boiler room just off the courtyard. Above the lounge is the roof top area with really pretty views of the village and distant sea views. This is the area which could be further built on to provide additional bedrooms or living space. Katerina\'s Village House is very habitable now but with a little spending could be made stunning. It is in a great location in the heart of the village and is walkable to the tavernas and shops. It works as an all year round home, holiday villa or for rental purposes. Priced very reasonably we recommend early viewing.
