The view of the sea and water from this room is so breathtaking that it feels like you're on a floating boat. The ground floor houses a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The lower level offers a second living area and three additional bedrooms with bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms have twin beds and one has a king-size bed. The design of the house ensures uninterrupted views from every corner, whether you are indoors or outdoors, as it is built with the concept of maintaining constant visual contact with the water. The six bathrooms are made of polished cement with soft curves and light colors. Strategically located above Elia and Agrari beaches, the villa allows you to watch both beaches from every corner of the house. The infinity pool is located in a place where the view of the water from the pool merges with the blue of the sea.
