This is a lovely house with a very charming and special feature of a natural rock wall in the living room yes the house is quite literally casa de Piedra.

The street entrance is also a little special , as rather than being directly on the street by dint of its situation it has an open patio area which is actually public but as this is the only property on it the current owners use it regularly , and have made it very attractive with lots of plants , all cared for by themselves and the neighbors when they are away, it gives a very much loved feel to the property approach and adds to the charm.

On entering we have a hallway with a large simply laid out kitchen with room for a dining table , and one of the very best washing up views i have ever seen , over the patio , the street to the mountains beyond .

All in all this is a great property with some very special features ,plus there is parking right out the front too ! location within the village is also great , peaceful but central enough that you can be in the town hall square and main shopping street in just 5 minutes, if you can drag yourself away from roof terrace , the peace and the views !
