Located in the rear court yard there is another covered area with the hot tub. Leading off the rear court yard is a covered arch which can be made into an outside lounge, ideal if you need some shade from the elements. Leading from here is a further open area with a 9x4m2 swimming pool, needing reformation. There is also a raised patio area, again another space to sit and relax. Also to this rear area is an outside bathroom with shower cubicle, low level W.C and outside covered summer kitchen with washing machine. The local village of Los Almagos is a few minutes walk away and has a local bar, shop and bakery and just 10 minutes to the large market town of Fuente Alamo. The property is 20 minutes away from Murcia airport and just over an hour from Alicante and 25 minutes away from Puerto de Mazarron and the beaches, and close to motorway links for easy access.
