This beautiful apartment with a modern style offers you all the necessary accessories for a wonderful holiday. There are supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses just a few minutes drive away, and let's not forget to mention the beautiful sandy beaches two minutes walk away. The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach and has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an exit to one of the patios. The second bedroom has a single cabin bed with an extra single mattress underneath and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and overhead shower and a double sink and toilet. The open living/dining room has a comfortable sofa, television and a four-seater dining table. The kitchen is just off the living/dining room with a wide sliding door to keep it nice and open planned or allowing you to close off the kitchen area and is fully equipped with a washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. The living room has access to the larger patio with an additional dining table perfect for al fresco dining with stunning views. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Please note that for arrivals between 9pm and 9am, a late arrival fee of EUR 30 applies, payable locally. The cleaning cost is 85 euros.
