This is a very neat house in perfect condition , it is centrally located , on a friendly street in the center of Olvera and has the added bonus of a garage accessed from the street behind.

I've named the house Casa Soleada because despite being a long house the bright winter sunshine was streaming in the day I went along to photograph it .

Entering the front door you have a lovely glass and wrought iron door that leads into the sitting room , which also benefits from a traditional bay window with window seat , at the end of the living space there is a neat kitchen with cabinets on walls as well as a decent amount of counter space , plus a built in cupboard pantry, no lack of storage here there is room for small table for dining too.
