The town of Roldan is only a few minutes by car (20 minute walk) which has plenty of local amenities including shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and medical centres plus public transport links to the coast and Murcia city.

The apartments come with a fitted kitchen including oven, hob and extractor and fitted wardrobes, they require internal lighting to be fitted and furniture. They are an amazing value holiday home or property investment to rent out.
