The apartment is located on the third and last floor of a small building just 150 meters from the sea in the town center though it is a very quiet location and close to all services, the beaches and the famous "Carruggio". The apartment enjoys natural light thanks to its triple exposure and has been completely renovated with design finishes and materials. The unit consists of a living area with kitchenette and a dining area overlooking a beautiful balcony, a sleeping area with three bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, and a bathroom.
