This is a beautiful, modern Mexican home with luxury touches everywhere!! House feels and looks new and has been occupied very little since it was built. It has a spacious open living/kitchen with lots of light. There are luxury touches throughout the house, a small heated oceanview pool, BBQ area, WIFI, and all of the essentials you will need during your stay. This is a space that truly makes you feel good being in it. We are happy to host your pets as well, just please let us know ahead of time. The house is located on a quiet street, is very private with no immediate neighbors. The house is just up the hill from the town of Aticama and is close to stores and restaurants, and is less than a ten-minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area great for walking and swimming. There are two spacious bedrooms in the main house area and the third bedroom with a separate entrance directly below the main house that looks out onto the garden area. There is fantastic lighting throughout the house. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and opens up to the outside terrace area. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, and the third bedroom has two double beds. All bedrooms and the living areas have new A/C units. Please note that the third bedroom looks out onto the garden area and has a separate entrance. This bedroom does not have a private bath, so guests who stay in this area will need to use one of the two bathrooms upstairs in the main house. If needed we are also able to provide an additional queen-size air mattress. Nightly Rate – $3,400.00 pesos per night ** 3 nights minimum stay
