Fantastic village house in the heart of manilva town, close to all shops and bars. This very cute country townhouse has been completely reformed, from top to bottom, everything is new. It is located in a more quiet street just behind the main square, all schools and shops around. It has a lovely front door and you walk into a small living room, but it has stunning mountain views, the living room is connected with a refurbished kitchen and has a very nice bathroom, with funky modern spacious walk-in shower. Then we go one staircase up to the roofterrace. Lovely area to have a barbeque, sunbath and enjoy the views. Lovely village townhouse. Easy to maintain, cheap to keep. No community fees and the yearly IBI is less then 200 euros a year.
