This small residence is located in a very quiet village of La Canalosa which is located in the Hondon Valley near Hondon las Nieves. Only 4 apartments are being built in this building, 2 on the ground floor with a north-facing terrace and a south-facing terrace, the other two have a roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The Hondon Valley is a beautiful, quiet and mountainous area on the Costa Blanca South, Spain. The area is very fertile, in fact an agricultural wonder of hectares of vineyards, almond and olive groves. Hondón is very dry and typically receives more than 310 days of glorious Spanish sunshine per year! Summer temperatures are typically around 30° Celsius with cool afternoon breezes. Winter temperatures average around 18° Celsius, but can be very cool on dull days in January and February (you may need a jacket).
