Cozy rustic finca for 15 people located on top of the Pedramala hill, a quiet and picturesque coastal area in the town of Benissa, with impressive views of both the sea and the mountains, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy in a sunny environment and surrounded by nature.The farm has a large private pool with panoramic views of the sea.The house is divided into 3 independent parts, the ground floor of the main house is made up of: living room, dining room, independent kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds and the typical Riu Rau covered terrace.The upper floor has two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a second bathroom with a shower, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.The third part is made up of a livingdining room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a single bedroom and another bedroom with a double bed.Benissa Costa is a beautiful area where you can do endless activities, enjoy its beautiful and unique coves, where you can sunbathe and bathe or practice water sports such as kayaking, scuba diving, paddle surfing, windsurfing and others.
