The swimming pool is 14.5 x 7 meters surrounded by 1000m2 area for sunbathing or as a venue for events.The porch area is 65m2 ideal to enjoy a siesta overlooking the orange orchard.The patio/terrace boasts 135m2 and lovely views of the reservoir. it is located between the glazed kitchen dining room and the swimming pool area, therefore it is an excellent place to spend the day with family and friends. Also, the Pedrera area is considered a wetland protected area, that means it will never be invaded by any kind of urban projects.
