Additional Information Are you looking for a beautiful detached house with private pool in south-east Spain? Then our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home might be for you. We bought this house newly delivered in 2003 and renovated it for 80% in 2019. We have had a certified contractor in NL for 45 years, so the renovation was also done according to Dutch standard. The house is mortgage free, which is a big advantage for a potential buyer in Spain, then there is no problem with title deeds, banks, etc. We sell the house because of our age (60+), we will retire from December this year we are going to build a house in the Algarve and 2 houses abroad is a bit much ??. During the renovation (and expansion of the bedrooms and bathrooms), insulation was applied and the windows on the first floor were all replaced with aluminum sliding windows and sliding doors, all with shutters. The floor has also been expanded (the balcony has been added), creating a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink and toilet), sufficient dressing space and a large sliding door with French glass balcony, so that there is a panoramic view on the mountains and golf course is from bed. The ground floor has been partially renovated, new interior doors have been installed and all walls have been re-plastered and painted. The living room has a large see-through fireplace that connects the dining room and living room. The fireplace has convection blowers in the living room, kitchen and to the 1st floor, so that the entire house is kept warm in an energy-efficient way. There is also a split-level air conditioning on the ground floor, which keeps the entire house cool in the summer in an energy-efficient manner. On the ground floor are the living room, a large dining room (former extra bedroom, can of course be made into a bedroom again), a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, hall with large stair cupboard, L-kitchen and a huge multi-functional room with washing machine and boiler (for separate bathroom above and the kitchen), this room also has a large window with shutter, making it possible to easily pull it to the kitchen.
