Inny czynsz w Modena Emilia-Romania
Usually, before I visit the properties to the future buyers, I like to take a trip together to know the reality where the property is located. This beautiful apartment is located in Modena. We are in Val Padana, all around us there is a splendid greenery, guaranteed by the presence of the rivers Secchia and Panaro. Modena is one of the economic hearts of Europe, home to famous food, metal and ceramic industries. In this case I started the scenic tour from the visit to the apartment and then discover the city at a later time. We are in a building 100 meters from the historic center of Modena, on the fifth of eight floors. This apartment is typical of the well-known families of Modena. It should be said that it would be splendid already as it is, with its ancient furniture, furnishings and libraries, but it is sold free and to be adapted to the needs of the new owners. Currently, a large paved entrance in wood, leads to an important living area of over 55 square meters, consisting of a bright living room where you can rest and watch the TV, a cozy living room where you can talk by sipping the tea and a dining area where the courses are served by the adjoining eat-in kitchen. The living area is a triumph of light from three large windows and a French door that opens onto one of the three balconies. The internal structure is designed to allow an open space or well-defined environments; personally I would extend the kitchen so as to make it more livable and connect it to the living area with a satin milk window that filters the light but retains privacy. From the entrance, equipped with a convenient processing, you switch to the sleeping area, separated from that day; here we find a large corridor which leads to the three bedrooms: a first large double bedroom, a large single bedroom, both with an independent balcony, one last spacious double bedroom and finally two bathrooms with windows, one with shower and one with bathtub. The large size of the corridor has allowed you to build fitted wardrobes throughout the length so as to leave more space in the bedrooms. This elegant apartment includes a garage, a cellar and an attic. Overlooking the balcony of the living area we can admire the Ghirlandina tower and it will be here that we begin our visit to the city of Modena with a mandatory stop, as it is lunch time, to the Aldina Trattoria, in the market area of the city. I like the idea of ringing a bell and climbing the stairs to find a place where time has stopped and which exudes of "modernism", after all, life is made of this, a beautiful house to live, a good restaurant and excellent company.
