This is a lovely spacious and light 5 bedroom property with a basement and sits on 8.5 acres of land, there are beautiful gardens, a vegetable patch, above ground swimming pool, a stream, many outbuildings and land and stables for your horses with beautiful country views. The larger towns of Vire 24 minutes and Avranches 28 minutes are not too far away for everything else that you need. The sandy beaches are 35 minutes from the house. The ports of Ouistreham and St Malo are 80 minutes away
