This deceptively spacious house is in a peaceful location in a quiet cul-de-sac at the Southernmost end of the village of Pera overlooking the dunes leading to Praia Grande, yet only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car to the bustling town of Armacao de Pera where there are an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops and a pedestrianised sea front where it's lovely to go for a stroll. It's also 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car from the magnificent sandy Pera beach, Praia Grande. It's extremely convenient for the A22 motorway, the EN12, 10 minutes by car to Algarve Shopping, and only half an hour from Faro airport. Built in 2005, the house is on three levels and has 4 very large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, plus an office, (or 5th bedroom) and 4 bathrooms, 2 of them being en-suite. There is a large living room with a log burning fireplace and space to accommodate a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people.
