Nestled in a rustic property of approximately 2.3 ha, it is part of the Carmona Countryside, just half an hour from the center of Seville. The farm has a constructed area of almost 3,000 m2 according to cadastre, with approximately 1,100 m2 for housing. The complex is made up of several buildings. In the northern part of the Hacienda, we find the noble area of the same, composed of a main house built on two levels. Entering through the hall that welcomes us from the main entrance on the ground floor, it leads us to three beautiful and spacious rooms. If we continue through the Hall, it serves as a connection between two of the beautiful rooms that make up the house. To your right, we are greeted by a spacious room with a fireplace and a rest area, which has a direct communication door to the Chapel of the Hacienda. From the Hall, and to your left, we find a spacious living-dining room with a table that seats 14 people; and that gives way through its arcades to another more relaxed room, and designed for the entertainment of its guests. At the end of that room there is a small office. From the Hall, we find communication with the outside on both sides of the house, giving way through it to the garden and pool. On the first floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen and its pantry. The rest area is located on the second floor, which consists of 9 double rooms en suite with a full bathroom, and a single room with its own bathroom designed for the service. The main suite is located outside the noble housing complex, with access through the main patio and has its own living room. The complex also has 8 rural and independent houses, equipped with a kitchen-dining room. The house identified from 1 to 4, has a very similar distribution, and consists of at least two bedrooms each with a full bathroom in each of them. One of the rooms is a double room and the other is a double room, with its respective complete bathroom. House 5 has a similar distribution, and is equipped with a kitchen-dining room, and has three bedrooms, one being the main one and two doubles, with their respective fully equipped private bathrooms. Finally, houses 6, 7 and 8 have a similar distribution of kitchen-dining-living room, and in the attic there is a sleeping area with two comfortable bedrooms and their respective full bathrooms. The Hacienda is currently also rented out for private celebrations and in its garden area it has three spacious lounges and a fully equipped kitchen for the use of private caterers that serve the events and celebrations that are held there.
