In a quiet hamlet near Guazamara surrounded by tended fields and natural countryside is this large semi detached house with a fenced garden and pretty views all around. It has been recently been refurbished to a high standard and just has loads of space. There are 4 reception rooms so you could name them as you wish such as entrance, living room, dining room and snug. The snug is very apt as it has a fabulous inglenook fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms and in addition there is a garage which has been decorated in the same style as the rest of the house so with just curtains it could be used as a 4th bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a shared en-suite between two bedrooms and the other is enormous with a Jacuzzi in the corner. All of the ceilings have fine wooden beams.
