Very nice well maintained villa all on one floor. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, of which three are ensuite and a guest toilet in the hallway. At the moment one bedroom is used as an office. The spacious living room is divided into two sitting areas and these are separated with a double-sided fireplace. In one part of the living room is a large semi-circular window through which you have a nice connection with the garden. From the other part you have access to a covered terrace and beautiful garden with pool and various beautiful places where you can enjoy the beautifull summer night.Every room has an individual airconditioning unit.From the spacious open kitchen there is access to another terrace where you can enjoy a jacuzzi. There is a carport for two cars, a storage room and a large parking lot for several cars. The house offers a lot of privacy and is situated in a very quiet area. Definitly worth paying a visit to feel the calmness of the house !
