Renovation and restoration of a house from 1620! This building has been designated a monument by the local government.  The house dates from around 1620 and has had an agricultural purpose over the years: the surrounding land was / are vineyards and in the house wine was produced. Now the building is deserted and actually uninhabitable.It would be ideal for furnishing a B&B, or hotel / restaurant, or something similar. The land on which the building stands has been reduced to approx. 1400 sq.m. The building itself has approx. 800 sq.m. of built area. The site is in the vicinity of Castalla, an area of relatively low tourism but with a significant quota of foreigners living there permanently.  The distance to Alicante city is about 42 km, to the airport of Alicante is the distance 48 km.
