They have all been restored preserving the typical Tuscan charm as well as being equipped with modern comforts, improving energy consumption and providing guests with the best experience possible. The 360 sq.m2 bedroom farmhouse is currently inhabited by the owners and could easily be converted to have more rooms. The 490 sq.m hotel offers a reception area for guests and 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The 330 sq.m farmhouse is currently used for storage and warehouses. It has a professional kitchen and a few restaurant halls. Additionally there is a 30 sq.m pool house. Outside is the swimming pool overlooking the valley.
