Old stone village property situated on the outskirts of Ansiao, the main house of the property is in good structural condition and could be restored without building licenses due to the solid condition of the walls and the date of registration. Ansiao is only 5 minutes away by car and has all necessary facilities including schools and health care services, the large and beautiful city of Coimbra is 40 minutes North and Pombal, 20 minutes away leads you to the coast with beaches also 40 minutes away.
