The roof above can be adjusted to allow sunlight in through its slatted design or keep the sun out when closed. Eco-friendly aspects and cutting-edge technology are a trademark of Happy Trees, from the recycled roofing materials, led lighting throughout the house and garden, rainwater collected in underground tanks and used for irrigation, insulated sliding doors and solar water heaters, the owners have been mindful of the environment when creating this holiday getaway. Indoor/outdoor lighting and music systems allow you to light up the garden and inside the house at night when enjoy a cocktail with friends and family. Create the atmosphere you wish within different sections of the property with soft strains of classical music in the dining area, while contemporary sounds liven up the terrace or pool areas. Located in the Southern wing of the villa, the four air-conditioned bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with uber-comfortable mattresses, high quality linens and lots of pillows, flat screen TVs, Apple TV, Wi-Fi, and hair dryers, all providing a luxurious element to your holiday. All four bedrooms look onto the garden which surrounds the property and with large glass doors, allow the natural light in while you relax and enjoy the tropical scenery.
