Luxury Villa Avia is located in the Istria region. This exclusive estate is decorated in a very elegant timeless classical style and is designed to accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms. When you enter Villa Avia you are greeted by a lobby which is dominated by a staircase with luxurious chandeliers, covered in marble leading to the upper floors with 5 bedrooms. There is an additional bedroom located on the ground floor. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room with sitting set, large dining table and kitchen separated by sliding doors. The space is decorated with artwork of renowned Croatian artists, and there are also SatTv, wireless internet and air conditioning in all areas. The lounge offers views and access to the pool and garden, a barbecue area with a table and chairs. Deck chairs are at the pool with two umbrellas. The tall staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor of the villa there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, one of which has a balcony and another balcony with stairs to the pool. The staircase leads to the second floor of the house where there are two additional bedrooms with private baths and a balcony with a panoramic view. Villa Avia offers you the pleasure of privacy and comfort on your dream vacation! Additional Information: Pets are allowed on a request basis This villa has a strict policy of quiet hours between 11 pm and 6 am. Please note that the price listed does not include city tax which is 1.10 EUR per day/per person to be paid at the end of the stay by guests. Please note that the price doesn’t include final cleaning which is to be paid on spot by guests. The cost of this is 250 EUR.
