The house has been renovated with aluminum frames and double glazing, there is a new insulated roof including wood. The terrace, front patio, loggia and balcony were all treated against moisture infiltration before installing the tiles and stones. There is a garage that can accommodate a large car, plus a separate drive. The gardens are approximately 2,000 m2 and arranged across 5 terraces. The 10m x 4m heated saltwater pool is situated on one of these terraces and benefits from excellent privacy with an additional stone-clad wall. The pool area is surrounded by synthetic grass (comfortable for walking and lying on) and surrounded by many fragrant Mediterranean-style plants. The secure pool room is situated to the side and on a lower level.In the gardens there are mature orange, clementine, lemon, fig, and olive trees, as well as kiwi vines now restructured in a pergola. There is a borehole that can feed a separate water tank, currently used as an ornamental goldfish pond. A small concrete reservoir in the garden is fed by a water mine.Both can be used to help water the garden.The house is connected to mains water and has 2 septic tanks.The main sewer is installed in the street and the house can be connected to it if necessary. The property has undergone some rewiring, a fuse terminal has been upgraded and a new one has been added to separate the guest accommodation, pool and pump room from the main terminal.6 solar panels were added to help with energy self-sufficiency. Lastly, all recessed light switches and sockets have been fully updated. Internet connection is via direct fiber link.
