This property is situated in Barangay Bulalacao in Coron with an area of 1.2hectares. It is 200 meters long and 80 meters wide. The island is 14 meters in elevation. It is situated in a cove so that it is protected from the Amihan northeast monsoon and the Habagat southeast winds. It is surrounded by a beautiful swim area with white sand. While the beach area is limited, the beach can be augmented with the availability of the surrounding white sand. Two sides of the island can be augmented to form wide white sand beaches. About 100 meters from the island is a beautiful snorkeling and scuba diving area. Lush coral growth can be found in shallow waters by those who go snorkeling. Scuba divers will find beautiful coral growth in the deeper parts. Initial development has been made with the construction of a pathway from the beach to the top of the island. The lush vegetation on the island would be maintained to preserve the natural beauty of the island. The master plan of the island envisions the construction of 6 one bedroom villas, a two bedroom villa and a honeymoon suite. However, the island can carry as many as 15 villas if desired. A clubhouse with a bar, restaurant and other facilities is planned to be constructed on the middle part of the island. This will have a panoramic view of the vicinity and a gorgeous sunset. The island can be rented out to families or groups. The standard package to be offered to guests are (a) transfers from airport to the island and back, (b) all meals and drinks, (c) TV and DVD player (d) snorkeling gear (e) kayak, and (g) picnic on Coron Island. To meet the special needs of guests, the following amenities would be provided at the additional costs: (a) wreck diving, (b) diving instructions, (c) speed boat rental, (d) sail boat rental and (f) island hopping. Jet skis will be restricted to a certain area to protect the coral reefs.
