We are incredibly happy to present this absolutely fantastic luxury villa in Los Balcones. Los Balcones is one of the most popular areas of Torrevieja and is located next to the beautiful pink lake. Los Balcones offers amenities for the whole family, popular restaurants, dog parks and an activity park where you and your family can play basket, boules, soccer, table tennis or just enjoy the beautiful nature during a walk. In the area there are several grocery stores, pharmacies and the well-known hospital nearby. This luxury villa of 215m2 has everything you could possibly need and then some.
