Vivenda Cascata is a quietly positioned beautiful luxurious pool villa on 4500m ²(1+ acre) private grounds in absolute rural surroundings outside of Porches (centrally located between Portimao and Albufeira), near the sea and fantastic (bay) beaches. Inside you will find, in addition to the spacious living room and modern kitchen, three, in various styles decorated, comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom with A/C, box spring king size bed, private bathroom and two huge balconies located immediately adjacent where, in complete privacy, you can enjoy the sun all day long, sun beds provided. All bedrooms with large flat screen televisions and satellite TV (all free to air channels), one of the other bedrooms(20m2!) also with king size box spring and HIFI-stereo. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen including a large American with ice maker you will find a cozy breakfast corner. The living room has a large 42 'flat screen TV with satellite receiver, DVD player, HiFi stereo system, leather sofa's and comfortable dining area, half rounding the living room runs a covered terrace. All windows and doors with shutters(so every room can be darkened off) and mosquito screens. The property is completely fenced in and has 2 times a private driveway, access through electric gates. Directly in front the kitchen there are 2 covered terraces, one of which is the 20m ² 'Kunuku-house' (Caribbean style with palm-leaf roof) with top quality garden furniture, directly adjoined by another dining area and stylish barbecue area with huge charcoal grill, luxury gas barbecue and bread oven, here one cooks with fabulous rural views! On the other side of the Kunuku house a 8 x 16m grass field with outdoor shower, at the side of the house you have private access to acres and acres of evergreen country side with pine -, almond, fig -, olive and St. Johns bread trees. At the fantastic pool area you will find a 4 x 11m pool with Poolheating in which the highest private waterfall in the Algarve. Adjoining a (hot / cold), outside shower in between tons heavy boulders (!!) and pool pump house. Shade sails and a centuries old olive tree provide a shady place on the 50-60m ² pool terrace where sun beds, relaxing island and a hammock ensure a lounge atmosphere. Next to pool terrace is a (shower) bathroom and sauna, with 25m ² this area also offers plenty of space to relax. A fully landscaped garden with typical Algarvian vegetation rounds the villa + pool area.
