This charming villa is located less than a 10 minute drive from the beautiful village of Competa. It has good access off the main road and down a fully concreted track. Through the rustic, wooden front door you arrive into an entrance hallway. Immediately to the right part glazed, double wooden doors lead into the living/dining room. There is space for a king sized bed if needs be and there are fitted wardrobes. There is ample floor space for a chest of drawers and bedside tables. A window overlooks the front of the property providing natural light. Opposite the 1st bedroom a door leads into a 2nd family bathroom. This is fully fitted with a full sized bath with shower attachment and shower curtain. There is a WC, hand basin and plenty of room for bathroom storage cabinets. Along the corridor there is the 2nd double bedroom. This is a large room and currently has a double bed and child bunk beds but has ample space for a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and other bedroom furniture. There are fitted wardrobes in here also. Finally adjacent to here is the 3rd double bedroom once again with fitted wardrobes and plenty of space for a king size bed, and bedroom furniture. The room also benefits from fitted wardrobes. Outside the property and adjacent to the gravelled parking there is space for a jacuzzi and a pergola covered area for dining al fresco. To the side of the property there is a small outside kitchen and brick built barbecue. Beyond the pergola and jacuzzi you will find an 8m x 4m swimming pool with a tiled terrace surround. There is ample space for sun loungers to relax around the pool and take the sun. The views are beautiful of the surrounding countryside and hill tops. The property benefits from double glazed tilt and open windows throughout, integral shutters and insect screens. Each bedroom has air conditioning and there is under floor heating throughout.
