This impressive Mediterranean villa, very well maintained, is located on the second line of the sea, in the south east of Mallorca, Cala Pi. It is located very close to the beach, roughly 500 meters, 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the town of Llucmajor. A beautiful, low-maintenance garden surrounds the house and pool. On the ground floor we have a large entrance that leads to an open kitchen with a pantry and utility room. Large living room with fireplace and access to a terrace overlooking the garden. Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom. On the upper floor we have three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). The master bedroom has access to a large terrace with views of the sea and surroundings. Cala Pi is a quiet, natural harbour on the south coast in the district of Llucmajor and approximately 40-minutes’ drive from the airport of Palma. Cala Pi has a beautiful beach sandwiched between two natural cliff sides. This allows for amazing views contrasting the sandy beach with the crystal clear waters, dramatic rocks and lush vegetation. The beach is only 50 metres wide but stretches towards the sea for about 100 metres, giving it a very sheltered feeling.
