Hus til leje i Pissignano, Umbria
Among the hills above Campello sul Clitunno in the middle of the ancient connecting roads between the spout valley and the Valnerina; we offer for sale the beautiful village which was formerly called Passo Sant'Egidio, ancient "Hospitale" located on the sides of the old path of the ancient Via Plestia, which since Roman times connected Spoleto to the high floor of Colfiorito and then to the Marche coast. Located on an itinerary of tramanza, it has, over the centuries, also offered shelter to the shepherds and their flocks, as evidenced by remains of fences. In medieval times there was a small Longobard fortress built. The street together with the inhabited area was then acquired importance with the proliferation of pilgrimages to the sanctuary of the Madonna di Loreto. The first document attesting the presence of a pilgrimage home dates back to 146, the place was for a long time owned by the noble family of Pianciani. With the Unity of Italy of 1860 it was included in the municipal territory of Campello sul Clitunno and still belongs to it. Currently, the village consists of several independent buildings for about 1400sqm which have been externally renovated, with consolidation of the structure and floors, but are to be completed internally. There are also three portions for around 300sqm in total which have been completely renovated both internally and externally. The property includes 100 hectares of forest, 3.5 hectares of arable land and finally 5 hectares of fenced truffle (for about 20 years).
