Situated in the lovely village of Los Canovas, Fuente Alamo, Murcia is this charming village house which is located in a prime position in the centre of the village by the church.The house which benefits from UPVC double glazed windows and external doors, is a spacious 122 m2 and has been completely refurbished, presenting a turn key entry home, perfect as a holiday home or permanent residence.  Los Canovas is a typically Spanish village approximately 15 minutes by car to the larger town of Fuente Alamo.  Whatever your hobbies and interests, this location is ideal, with the beautiful beaches of Costa Calida just a short drive away, many 5* golf resorts, the historical cities of Cartagena and Murcia and Murcia International Airport all within easy access.Los Canovas has a village bar within walking distance of this property, and an "Aladdins Cave" village shop, along with a ferreteria (hardware store).  Every Wednesday there is a local street market.The accommodation can be entered via two separate entrances, one at the front and one to the rear.  The rear access, which is opposite the pretty church opens into the large breakfast kitchen, a lovely bright and airy room with contemporary fittings, oven and hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.  There is plenty of room for a good size kitchen table, and even a comfy sofa to create a living kitchen and a great area for socialising.Beyond the kitchen is a long hallway leading all the way to the front entrance door which opens out onto the street behind.  Off this hall is access to all further rooms, including the living room which has an open fireplace with a log burner and flue (to be fitted), air conditioning and an archway to the dining room, a spacious room with ceiling fan.  There are three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, with either air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the bathroom has a full size bath with separate tiled shower cubicle with rain shower fitting.outside is a small storage area with a staircase leading to the rooftop terrace.  This is a fantastic outside space with fabulous views across to the church that has room for dining furniture for the obligatory al fresco dining, sun loungers, BBQ area - whatever you desire.  Up here there are two additional rooms.  One room is a large storage room which is tiled with light and power.  The second room is currently used as a haven for sitting with a cool drink and watching the stars - as this room also has power, and windows it could be adapted for a variety of uses. This is a really lovely home which blends the original charm and "feel" of the building with pratical modern living.  It is great value for money and ready to move into as it comes fully furnished.
