Finca style house built in 2010 with an exceptional 360 degree view on the mountains. Located at about 30 min from the sea (and Alicante airport), and less than 5 min from the town of Sax. The walls are made of natural stone (70 cm thick), the exotic woodwork has triple glazing and a beautiful fireplace completes the heating system. The main house has an area of about 250 m2, plus a guest house of 45 m2 (with living room, kitchen, shower). In total there are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 laundry room, 2 back kitchens,. The property is self-sufficient thanks to solar panels and a wind turbine (with a week's autonomy without sun) which produce enough electricity to heat the house, to air-condition it in summer and to heat the swimming pool. There is no limit to the amount of electricity used (washing machine, electrical appliances, etc.). A computer-controlled generator is available in extreme cases. The pool is heated by solar energy and treated with a salt system. The whole garden has an automatic drip system, as well as an organic vegetable garden (300 m2). The house is supplied with irrigation water and is used for washing machines and toilets. Rainwater from the roofs is collected in a 20,000 litre underground tank and used for the animals. Drinking water is supplied in bottles. A sandy area of about 8000 m2 is being built for a 20mx40m riding arena, plus a round arena of 18m diameter (with a sanitary area) More than half of the land is fenced for the animals with electric fences, automatic watering troughs, shelters, shaded areas and feeders. Waste water recovery system with natural filtration (compost, sand, and aquatic plants) to recover water for irrigation. Located near a natural park, therefore very quiet and ideally situated for walks.[IW]
