Well laid out apartment in good condition in central Salobreña, located on the first floor in a quiet area with all necessities around the corner. It takes only 15 minutes walk to the beach and all the cosy chiringuitos, where they serve delicious delicacies from the sea. From the communal roof terrace of the property, you will enjoy unparalleled views of the Mediterranean Sea, Sierra Nevada and the mountains surrounding Salobreña. We enter the apartment and are greeted by a tastefully decorated apartment, with wooden and tiled floors. Directly to the right, we have a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and dining area. Further into a spacious bright living room with sliding doors, leading to a cozy balcony. From the living room you reach three good sized bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has access to a very large roof terrace, where you can sunbathe and enjoy lovely summer evenings. Salobreña has a subtropical climate and is located between Almuñécar and Motril, it takes just under 20 minutes in either direction to reach either town. Motril is a much larger town and has more general services, including a large hospital. An 18-hole golf course is just under 10 minutes away by car. Malaga airport is just over an hour away by car, and there are regular bus services from Malaga to Salobreña. During the winter months, Granada and skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the best of both worlds, are only an hour and a half away by car.
