Lucas Fox is pleased to present this magnificent modernist home called La Casa Generalife. It is a building in the town of Sant Cugat del Vallés (Vallès Occidental) included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It is a summer home of Arabesque style, commissioned to the architect Eduard Maria Balcells in 1919. This spectacular modernist house has an area of 822 m² on a plot of 1,040 m². It is distributed over five floors and has two completely independent annexes. We enter the house from a majestic entrance and we find the hall that leads to the landing of the stairs and a guest toilet. On the right, we find a spacious living room of 36 m² that connects with a second living room of 22 m², a study of 14 m², a dining room of 14 m² and a kitchen of 17 m² completely renovated with access to one of the patios. All rooms have plenty of natural light, thanks to their beautiful horseshoe-shaped Neo-Arabic windows. Going up the stairs, we access the first floor and we find a balcony and to the right, a spacious 32 m² living room with access to the night area. It has two double bedrooms that share a complete bathroom and a master suite with access to the balcony, two dressing rooms and a complete bathroom.
