This rural hamlet is set is a very quiet location on the hills of Florence, not far from the towns of Rufina and Pontassieve. Restored over the last few years, the property can count on several rustic apartments (875 sqm and 11 bedrooms in total) to welcome its guests. This space is very suitable to install gazebos and canopied, converting the area into a very cozy and welcoming event venue. The remaining surface includes a huge olive grove (roughly 4.5 hectares) that would allow producing excellent extra-virgin olive oil. The rest of the property is made up of woodland (8.0 ha) and arable land (1.2 ha) suitable for different crops.
