Lovely Town House Oliva - Old Town - OCTH262000Townhouse, with sea views, on a nice wide street, close to Bar Pelut.From the street you enter straight into the lounge/diner, further on there is a kitchen and at the back of the house one of the bathrooms.  The stairs lead from the lounge up to two double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower.  This one is en-suite.The final staircase takes you up to the roof terrace which is a great space and has the advantage of a summer kitchen & covered terrace area.  There are some lovely views from here.As a holiday home or permanent living for a couple, this is great value.Viewing Recommended.
