This is a beautiful bijou townhouse,it is a comfortable and charming fully registered Casa Rural.You enter into the spacious open plan living room with a Spanish style kitchen area with hand made tile back splash , the kitchen well equipped for a comfortable home from home, there\'s an electric hob but as is quite usual in the village no oven (dining out is so reasonable) storage and an under counter Fridge.The living/relaxing area has a comfortable sofa/daybed, large coffee table which does extend into a dining table and window to the front allowing for lots of light, up a few steps takes you to , on the left a good sized utility /storage area with the washing machine, storage shelves, on through to the small shower room and toilet with space for some storage baskets .To the right of the steps you have a staircase up to the delightful airy and light bedroom with double glass doors open to the juliet balcony , a street view but looking to the right you can see down the street to some mountains beyond and also admire the spectacular sunsets that we get here at certain times of the year, leading off the bedroom up a few steps takes you outside to a cute completely private patio with a bistro table and chairs and a small lounging chair where you can sit out on a balmy evening and light the candles while you dine? There are no views from here except for the bluest of skies (fingers crossed) maybe the streaks of colour from our sunsets and of course the fabulous starry night sky! The house is absolutely perfect for holiday use and you can choose to keep it for just you or let it cover the costs of your holidays by continuing the holiday letting .
