The apartment is located at the gates of Lerici, about 500 meters from the city center. With its remarkable panorama of the entire Poets Gulf, Lerici is characterised by the castle in the foreground and the small suggestive streets which lead to the main square and the town's port. The apartment is located on the first of two floors of a building originally that was originally a two-family house. It is accessed through a staircase leading directly from the driveway which crosses the small garden planted with grapefruit plants and typical ligurian greenery. The interiors are as follows: an entrance hallway leading to the large and bright living room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the town, then there is the kitchen, the bathroom, the two double bedrooms and the closet. There is also an attic with the possibility of building a roof terrace with access directly from what is now the closet. To complete the property is a small garden of about 60 square meters which surround the house. There is already a project underway to excavate part of the land owned in front of the house in order to create three parking spaces. The apartment has independent gas heating. DISTANCES POINT OF INTERESTS: ? 47 Min. from Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport; ? 1 Hour from the Cinque Terre; ? 18 Min. from La Spezia; ? 36 Min. from Forte dei Marmi (Tuscany) ? 1H 29 from Genoa. Lerici is located in the Eastern side of Italian Riviera and is one of the most important villages of the Poets Gulf. Lerici is an enclosed medieval structure with its typical tall terraced houses along narrow alleys. At the foot of the castle is the relaxing waterfront. This village was beloved by Lord Byron and is quoted in the Divine Comedy of Dante Alighieri: «Tra Lerice e Turbia, la più deserta, la più rotta ruina è una scala, verso di quella, agevole e aperta». Along the Poets Gulf are other villages such as San Terenzo with its castle and Villa Magni which is where the famous poet Percy Blythe Shelley and his wife Mary Shelley lived. In Tellaro, another typical coastal village, one finds the traditional fishermen boats in the central square on the sea. A few kilometers away is Portovenere. The typical cuisine of the region includes "testaroli", anchovies and fried salted cod and of course there is the excellent white wine called "Terre di Lerici". Ref: 37122-IB143
