The building is made up of a generous living/dining area with kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a mezzanine to be used as a bedroom with private bathroom (plumbing is already in place). The building has been rebuilt by following the trace of the original structure and is almost finished, with only a few touches needed on the upper floor. The building complies with current anti-seismic measures and has been micropiled to ensure the best stability. Thinking about energy efficiency, heating in the guesthouse is located under the floor and supported by a wood-burning stove. The house is surrounded by 2.5 hectares of land that house a well maintained park with a rose garden and a 100-tree olive grove allowing for the production of up to 50 liters of olive oil per year. The remaining surface (roughly 1.0 hectare) is covered in mixed woodland. A short distance from the villa is then the 14 × 4.5 m swimming pool, boasting a beautiful contrast between the black lining of the pool and the light-colored stone of the sunbathing area. The property is partially fenced and access is granted by an automated gate that opens onto a graveled road leading directly to the house. Other secondary gates allow entering the property on foot from several points along the perimeter.
