The peaks and ridges of the mountain, Pastovska Gora, form the backdrop to the North - East of the site. Postovska Gora is well known for its stunning trails and hikes. ‍ ARCHITECTURE FOR CONSCIOUS LIVING This unique development for Montenegro is built on the developers international knowledge of sustainable developments to create outstanding architecture that works with nature. Sculptural architectural form of the villas is a result of careful consideration of the site specifics and its orientation. The roof form offers distinctive architectural expression while maximising solar energy collection. The main orientation is selected to open up the villas to the sea, maximising the views and their connection with the nature. Trees and plants are chosen to survive the local environment with minimal maintenance and watering.
