The dining table sits eight whilst the newly fitted kitchen offers all appliances including dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, Balay electric oven, toaster and coffee maker. For those rare chilly evenings there is also a brand-new pellet fire. The terrace has an electrically powered awning system offering welcome shade and another dining area to enjoy al fresco eating or just to enjoy the Spanish sun with its South facing aspect.
