Een paar kilometer van de prachtige zandstranden van de jachthaven van Ugento, met een binnentuin omsloten door stenen muren, heeft de Masseria een overdekte oppervlakte van 700 vierkante meter. De Masseria ligt op een perceel van 10 hectare. Sommige van de interne kamers zijn gemaakt met de typische Salento-sterrengewelven en behouden de originaliteit in bijna al hun onderdelen. Een deel van de boerderij is momenteel bewoond en verkeert dus in uitstekende staat. Het land, rijk aan mediterrane vegetatie, deels gebruikt als olijfgaard en deels als zaaigoed, heeft een ondergronds irrigatiesysteem en een geboorde put voor de watervoorziening. Eenmaal gerenoveerd, kan de Masseria, gezien de nabijheid van de zee, worden gebruikt als toeristische voorziening of als prestigieuze privéwoning. De prachtige Masseria Vista Mare uit 1700 te koop, is gelegen in Ugento, in Salento. Ugento ligt op 106 km van de luchthaven van Brindisi, 55 km van Lecce, 23 km van Gallipoli en 26 km van Santa Maria di Leuca. De stad Ugento ligt aan de Golf van Taranto.
