Reşadiye Villas is a small residential complex consisting of 10 houses in Çekmeköy. It consists of two different types, A Type 435 m2 and B Type 501 m2. It is a project consisting of two types of villas and one special type villa, which is far from the city center but designed to be lived all year. 7 B type and 3 A type villas have been implemented in the site with forest view, swimming pool and social facility. A multi-colored and dynamic final design on the edge of the forest, integrating with nature and targeting the dense green texture. There is a composition created with half floors in the A type villa. When you go up half a floor from the entrance level, you reach the parent section, and when you go up another half floor, you reach the children's bedrooms. When you go down half a floor from the entrance hall, you pass to the daily sitting area. It is connected to the main hall by 3 steps descending from this section. Another staircase from the entrance hall leads to a small glass-covered inner courtyard, and from there to the kitchen and another half-floor to the service areas. This type of house, which opens to the landscape with all its spaces and has an extremely dynamic interior setup, was highly appreciated by the investor. However, since the horizontally developed design takes up much more floor space on the plot, only three could be applied.
