With all amenities in walking distance, only a 20 minute drive from Marbella, 25 minute drive to the beach and 40 minutes from the airport of M?laga. This townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms On the ground floor you have a dining room, a lounge, one bedroom, a spacious bathroom and the kitchen, with access to the lovely sunny patio (with a working water well), partly covered with a vine. There is a storage room and an extra room for a work bench. Through the kitchen you have access to the another entrance and hall, which has access to upstairs.
