The river Nabao runs along the bottom of the property boundary, although it is dry through the summer months. Ansiao is the nearest big town which is just ten minutes away. You enter the property's garden through double gates from a tarmacked road. The garden is large, flat, and suitable for lawns and flower beds. You can enter the house directly from a balcony that goes around two sides. You can choose to enter either the kitchen or the lounge, so entering the lounge, there is a full bathroom to the right.
