Beautiful middle floor apartment located in a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of the east side of Nerja. Parking can easily be found outside the apartment block. However, it is to purchase or rent a parking space in the private underground car park if you prefer.Location wise, it doesn't get much better than this! There is a large supermarket and several bars and restaurants all within very close proximity to the apartment. Nerja town centre and the popular Burriana beach are also nearby and are approximately 15 minutes walk away. Properties on this urbanization rarely come on to the market for sale. The location and layout of the apartment makes it ideal for those seeking a holiday home. Its excellent rental potential make it a great investment opportunity too. Equally, it is well suited to those who are looking for a permanent residence and who would like all of the benefits of Nerja town centre living but within a more peaceful and relaxed environment.
