Peace, tranquility and beautiful views of the countryside.This charming, almost 100 year old, rural semi-detached property offers peace, tranquillity and beautiful views of the secluded countryside, yet is only a ten minute walk from the picturesque village of Los Romanes with lake views and its amenities.The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open plan living/dining room, kitchen and study/office and has been lovingly restored with character. It also has several terraces which get plenty of sun and offer views of the beautiful countryside surrounding the property.As you enter the house you are greeted by a cosy open plan living/dining room with a sloping beamed ceiling. Immediately to your left is the kitchen. Also on the left is a door to bedroom 1. On the right side of the living room is another door leading to the study/office and bedroom 2. On the far side of the living room are traditional wooden double doors that let in lots of natural light and open onto a fabulous terrace. This terrace is the most impressive of the three terraces and is certainly the central focal point of the house. West facing, it is an ideal place to relax, barbecue and dine al fresco whilst taking in the stunning panoramic views. The sunsets that can be seen from here are spectacular. Recently, the terrace was equipped with an electrically operated awning, which provides shade and enables the terrace to be used all year round. From the rustic kitchen, a hallway leads to the main bathroom which has both a shower and a bath. At the end of the hallway is bedroom 3, which is connected to the second bathroom with shower.
